"What you pay attention to, grows."

When we deliver workplace training across the UK, 100% of the profits are reinvested into our local community, from youth mentoring and creative school workshops, to large scale community festivals like A Curious Town in Hastings & St Leonards.
When your organisation trains with us, it directly powers an ecosystem of curiosity driven grassroots projects:
Youth Curiosity Ambassadors & Mentoring:
We fund dedicated mentoring, workshops, and skills training for young people to tackle rising mental health challenges, build confidence, and open pathways to work. We work with individuals,as well as bring these empowering programmes directly to local schools, youth centres, and community groups to help close the opportunity gap and inspire new ways of learning.
“I've really enjoyed meeting other people from different walks of life. My work with Curious Agenda has led to more opportunities and I have now been able to start my own business off the back of it!” Charlie, 18
“I feel valued, my opinions are always heard and I’ve learnt about being part of a team. I’ve learnt about preparing for jobs in the future and it's given me the confidence to tackle lots of different scenarios.” Ash, 17
Curious Kids Programme:
We work to help facilitate programmes for children, responding to needs when they become apparent and matching the need with the right facilitators.
With a strong background in education, the Curious Agenda team also lead their own clubs, workshops and one off children’s events. We aim to train and mentor young people to take over the facilitation of ongoing activities such as clubs, while still providing continuous support and resources.
Accessible Community Arts: Our month long A Curious Town arts festival transforms Hastings with interactive street theatre and music, site-specific installations, workshops, and community led programmes. We ensure free and heavily subsidised tickets so everyone can access culture, regardless of income. We put on a wide programme of curiosity-inspiring
Supporting Local Creatives: Hastings, and the wider East Sussex area, is home to a thriving creative community. We guarantee fair, paid commissions to artists, performers and freelancers and support over 150 every year through our community programming.
Addressing Social Isolation and local issues: We run participatory workshops that bring together older adults and isolated residents to combat loneliness. Reinvested funds have also transformed empty town spaces, supported grassroots initiatives for environmental action such as beach cleanups and the work of local community groups helping those in the most need.
Community work in the Hastings area is particularly vital. It ranks among the top most deprived areas, with roughly 73% of the town's population living within the three most deprived deciles nationally and about one in four children in Hastings growing up in poverty.
Help us to empower more curious and joyful communities in Hastings and beyond!
